2024 - Rebranding Announcement: Gh is now our new brand identity.
Gh means ‘Get Her, Get Hon, and Get Hen.’ It is a brand that stands for sexual equality and designs for all genders. ‘H’ refers to her, honey and hen. ‘Hen’ is Swedish for neutral gender. As a couture brand, Gh aims to target a wider range of customers of all genders, shapes, and sizes. Because there is no standard beauty.
The duo, Gale C. and Rachel C. have started their haute couture brand, Gh Luxury Lingerie, since 2017. Every piece of garment is made-to-measure. Not only does Gh provide non-typical type lingerie; it also finds a niche in the market and develops Gh’s signature: “Lingerie as Outerwear.“
In 2019, Gh Luxury Lingerie launched its 5th collection- ”Redefinition of Lingerie” fashion shows in New York, London, and Taipei. And for the 6th collection, “ Black Pearl” at Philly Fashion Week, some pieces were shown on FOX News. We wanted to deliver a new concept about the revolution of lingerie in this generation.
In 2021, Gh presented its 8th Through the Dark Hole / 7th Peeking Through Fingers at Los Angeles Fashion Week. Gale and Rachel combined Eastern and Western fashion together. But they broke down the old, traditional oriental clothing such as cheongsam or royal attires further into specific design elements so that they could have more flexibility to assemble these fascinating details and make them fashion and modern again.
At the same time, newly published works have also been published in Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazar, Marie Claire, FWO, California News, Los Angeles Weekly, LUXIA, Gezno, Envie, Roidx in Paris, and VOUS in Spain, and various magazines in New York such as Elléments… etc.
In addition, the nearly two-year trademark lawsuit between Gh Luxury Lingerie and Abercrombie and Fitch also ended smoothly. Gh won the trademark lawsuit and A&F withdrew the trademark opposition.
